The Metric code of conduct outlines our expectations for all those who participate in our Slack community.

Spam

The Metric Community thrives on shared knowledge, we therefore have not limited the community to only one group, i.e. merchants. With this, we have a very strict No Spam policy.

Technology vendors, Metric is not a place for you to obtain leads. If you’re found constantly mentioning your product or service or we are notified you’re cold DM-ing community members, you will be removed immediately.

Confidentiality

Be mindful that things you say in the Metric community slack may at some point become public. We cannot prevent people from taking screenshots. We also can't guarantee that every member's login credentials and logged-in devices are secure. Please exercise caution and refrain from sharing sensitive information that could harm you or others if it became public.

Reporting an Issue

If you have noticed anyone violating any of the above rules, please contact the admin, or email admin@metric.community.

Violation

Any violation of the above, will result in immediate removal from the community.
